Q: When trying to login the alert "Your UserName is locked please contact your system administrator" is displayed, and you are not able to login
A: The user name was used in three unsuccessful logins (wrong password) consecutively; therefore the username was locked by the system. Please contact our support center.
Q: In Home page, old claims are no longer displayed
A: Each of the Home page grids only displays claims stated at the last 7 days, and a maximum of 10 records. To view all the records of a certain grid, click on the Show All button on top of that grid.
